We believe you should know exactly what to expect when ordering from us. Please read the policy below before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
- If an item is not eligible for return, it will be noted on the product page.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at chuck@pickleballer1.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the carrier of your choice, unless we provide a prepaid label.
Processing Times
- Once your return arrives, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to review it.
- After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear.
Exceptions
- Final sale items can’t be returned.
- Returns that don’t meet the condition requirements may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
